At the end of 2007 we became the first Swiss company to be accepted into the Italian Caffè Speciali Certificati organisation, which has the most stringent quality criteria of all. ROSSO & NERO is a contemporary espresso blend which meets all CSC criteria and is therefore the first of our blends to be awarded the CSC label.

It was under this label that a few coffee roasters, committed to the highest possible quality of their products, joined forces in Livorno (I) in 1996. The quality standards cover every stage, all the way from the harvesting to the processing of green coffees, including transport in particular, to the storage and handling of these premium varieties. We offer quarterly programmes. In principle, attendance at the courses is open to all interested parties; however, our customers are given priority when registering and enjoy special terms. We will organise coffee training courses.
