The three refined blends
from the Viennese coffee house
culture
Aukščiausios rūšies 100% Arabica
Within the Blasercafé range, we have developed three high-quality products, each of
which stands out with its own individual delicate aromas and powerful taste.
Roasted very slowly and right through to the core, they assume a roast colour ranging
from medium to light. The coffees are made exclusively from top-quality arabica
beans that can all be traced right back to the individual growers. Gourmet‘s Plaisir,
Servus Amadeus and Melodie are blends of roasted coffee that are perfectly suited to
the renaissance of the Viennese coffee house culture.
Aukščiausios rūšies 80% Arabica 20% Robusta iš Javos
Lilla e Rose has a perfectly balanced flavour with a distinctly discernible sweetness.
Intensive floral, fruity and spicy aromas, together with a medium roast lend this blend
a predominantly full-bodied flavour. The blend comprises exquisite Arabica beans
complemented by
outstanding washed Robusta beans from Java and India. The somewhat unusual name (lilas
and roses) gives a promise of the prevalent flavour notes. Four national barista
championships have already been won with Lilla e Rose; even private individuals
abroad
from Dubai to Shanghai and Vancouver order this blend regularly.
Both blends – Côte d‘Azur and St.Tropez – are made up of various speciality coffees
that have been combined in an uncustomary style. Consequently, they both exhibit an
extremely rich and surprising diversity of aromas. Due to their different roast
profiles, Côte d‘Azur is more
suitable for the long coffee (café crème) and St.Tropez for the short coffee
(espresso). This allows for an uncompromising machine setting when both blends are used
in combination.
One of the first cafes in Europe was the Café Procope in Paris, and high French cuisine
is now discovering coffee as a part of the perfect menu. Know (and savour) life‘s finer
experiences with Ligne d‘Azur, and dream of sunshine and elegant esplanades.
Two blends that belong at the apex of international espresso culture.
Aukščiausios rūšies Arabica, Robusta
Barista d'Arte 70% Arabica 30% Robusta
Rosso & Nero 80% Arabica 20% Robusta
Both products in this line impress on account of their very intensive,
perfectly-balanced flavour notes and a wealth of roast aromas. Roasted extremely
slowly, they attain a dark roasted colour right into their core. This blend comprises
the best Arabicas with a high proportion of high-quality, washed Robustas all of
which
are sourced individually by us in their country of origin. Barista d‘Arte and the new
Rosso & Nero have already been used successfully at barista championships. And
Rosso & Nero is our first blend to bear the CSC label. This organisation (Caffè
Speciali Certificati) obliges its members to comply with today‘s most stringent
quality
criteria for coffee.
Rare and exclusive pure varieties from the world of coffee
Išskirtinai ypatingai retos kavos rūšys iš viso
pasaulio
We introduced the first pure coffee rarities to the Swiss market back in 1992. We now
work as coffee explorers; we seek and purchase rare coffees, all of which possess a
unique flavour (taste, aromas and mouth-feel) and an especially interesting history.
Each of these varieties is produced in a specific degree of roast and in small batches.
The result is connoisseur coffees, designed to cater for individual flavour
requirements.
Some of these coffees are permanently in stock, others to a more limited extent. This
is why each of our Platinum Line coffees is a "Limited Edition" and only available to
order. Varieties processed by us have also won professional international comparison
tests.
Some consumers want coffees that are procured and produced to take account of quite
specific factors. These include, on the one hand, decaffeinated and stomach-friendly
varieties and, on the other hand, coffees produced under Fairtrade or organic
guidelines. The consideration of compatibility plays a role in each case. We make sure
that all our products are sustainable, which is precisely why we have belonged to
Fairtrade and bio-production organisations ever since they were set up. What’s more, we
carefully monitor the whole logistics chain from the port of origin to our
warehouse.
Enjoy our Concept Line coffees – and feel really good about it.
